Madeline Lee,
Director of Bands
Miss Lee is currently in her fourth year as the Director of Bands for Northumberland County Public Schools in Heathsville, VA, where she teaches instrumental music to both middle and high school students. Previously, she was the Director of Bands at the Brookstone School in Columbus, GA. She received her Master of Music in Horn Performance from the Columbus State University Schwob School of Music and her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance. When she is not teaching, Miss Lee works as a freelance composer and arranger.

Molly Frazier,
Assistant Director
Mrs. Frazier has been an English teacher for eleven years, spending the last seven with Northumberland County Public Schools in both the middle and high school. She has served as the Assistant Director and Flag Instructor for the NHS Marching Band for the past five years, helping the program continue to grow and improve. A graduate of Penn State, Mrs. Frazier enjoys supporting her Alma Mater's football team, reading, writing, photography, being in the outdoors, and (of course) playing the piano in her free time.
